The amount you can borrow on your payday loan is dependent on your monthly income.  A person is allowed to borrow up to 20% of their gross monthly income, including fees across all of Indiana. This means, if a person has taken a payday loan out elsewhere they will not be eligible to loan from Lending Hand Inc until that loan is paid off. At Lending Hand we pride ourselves in having the lowest fees which allows customers to borrow even more cash.  

WARNING: A small loan is not intended to meet long term financial needs.  A small loan should be used only to meet short term cash needs.  The cost of your small loan may be higher than loans offered by other lending institutions.  Small loans are regulated by the State of Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. 

A borrower may rescind a small loan without cost by paying the cash amount of the pincipal of the small loan to the lender not later than the end of the business day immediately following the day on whichc the small loan was made.
